I have ordered many products from Mountain Rose Herbs for years. I love the products, the customer service, and the quality of the products exceed expectation. One product that I absolutely love is the Pink Himalayan Salt. This time I ordered it I did not notice a very recent change on the website for this product. I received the wrong grind for the salt that I typically receive. I called CS right away. Morgan escalated my situation up to the Claims Department right away. Courtney called me that afternoon with the good news that they are able to send me the correct grind of salt the very next day. The company went above and beyond to make it right. I am a happy customer who was made even happier by their quick response to the situation with an outstanding remedy. I will continue to order products from Mountain Rose Herbs and am happy to support such a great small business. The people who make up MRH really are "the salt of the earth."

My husband and I trying to follow a healthy way of living. I prefer adding organic spices to all the dishes I cook. This site is my constant companion in healthy nutrition))) Recently we have tried their teas and weren't disappointed as well. I recommend this site to everyone that cares about their health.
